• We do not guarantee publication in any specific journal. Publication decisions are made solely by journal editors and peer reviewers based on scientific merit.
• We do not write manuscripts or engage in academic dishonesty (e.g., ghostwriting).
• We reserve the right to refuse service for any document that violates ethical standards or contains illegal content.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

You retain 100% copyright and ownership of your manuscript and all related materials submitted to us. Rademics claims no ownership rights over your work. Our role is strictly limited to providing editing and consulting services.

4. User Obligations

By using our services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the rightful owner or authorized agent of the submitted manuscript.
• The manuscript does not infringe upon any third-party copyright or intellectual property rights.
• You will provide accurate contact and billing information.

5. Payments and Pricing

Prices are determined based on word count, service level, and selected turnaround time. Payment must be made in full before the completed work is delivered, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We utilize secure third-party payment gateways and do not store sensitive credit card information.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Rademics Research Institute, its directors, employees, or editors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall strictly not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Coimbatore, Tamilnadu, India.
