Information regarding our delivery timelines and cancellation terms.
1. Digital Delivery Policy
Rademics Research Institute is a digital-first service provider. We do not ship physical products.
- Method of Delivery: All edited manuscripts, certificates, and reports are delivered electronically via your secure account dashboard and/or registered email address.
- Turnaround Time (TAT): The delivery date is determined by the service speed you select (e.g., Express 24h, Standard 48h, etc.). We guarantee delivery by the deadline specified in your order confirmation, subject to force majeure.
- Proof of Delivery: Electronic logs of file transmission or download serve as proof of delivery.
2. Order Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order at any time, but refunds depend on the stage of processing:
- Before Assignment: If you cancel before an editor has been assigned to your project, you are eligible for a 100% refund (minus any small payment gateway processing fees).
- During Processing: If work has implicitly begun (editor assigned and editing in progress), we will calculate the percentage of work completed. You will be refunded for the uncompleted portion only. Typical refunds in this stage range from 0% to 50%.
- After Delivery: Once the final files have been delivered, the order cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for quality-related concerns.
3. Delay Policy
We pride ourselves on punctuality. However, in the rare event of a delay caused by us:
- We will notify you immediately.
- We will offer a partial refund or discount credit proportional to the length of the delay.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect contact information provided by you or failure to respond to queries regarding your manuscript.
