Return & Refund Policy

1. Rademics Quality Guarantee

At Rademics Research Institute, we are committed to excellence. We guarantee that any manuscript edited by us will meet international standards for English language quality. If your manuscript is rejected by a journal solely due to English language errors, we will fix it for free.

2. Refund Eligibility

We handle refund requests with fairness and transparency:

  • Quality Concerns: If you are dissatisfied with the editing quality, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery. We will perform an independent quality assessment. If our standards were not met, we will provide a comprehensive re-edit at no cost. If the re-edit is still unsatisfactory and validated as poor quality, a partial or full refund will be issued.
  • Journal Rejection: If your paper is rejected exclusively because of English language errors (and not scientific content, formatting, or novelty), we will offer a full refund or free re-edit. You must provide the rejection letter from the journal as proof.
  • Non-Delivery: If we fail to deliver the completed service and cannot provide a reasonable explanation, you are entitled to a full refund.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds are not granted in the following cases:

  • You changed the text of the manuscript after our delivery.
  • The rejection was due to scientific content, study design, or lack of novelty (which are outside our scope).
  • You chose a lower service tier (e.g., Proofreading) when substantive editing was required, and the errors were stylistic or structural rather than grammatical.
  • Minor personal preferences regarding style (e.g., "active vs passive voice") that do not constitute grammatical errors.

4. Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original mode of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, or Bank Transfer). Please allow additional time for your bank to reflect the transaction.
